With chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), blended with other additives, DCSH21A jacket has excellent properties of fire retardancy, wearing-proof, tearing-proof, cold-resistance, weathering-resistance and excellent mechanical properties. With its excellent properties, excellent extruded surface, good flexibility and lower cost, our DCSH21A is the best ideal substitution of fire retardant and heat-resistant PVC and relevant products.

It can be used as cable compounding material at 85°C for the purpose of shipping and vessel cable, control cable, power-limited circuit cable, cable for power-limited fire-alarm circuits, type USE cable, other cable, and other cable sheathing materials for the special purpose.

Processing conditions:
1) Continuous vulcanization production method is preferred
2) Reduction ratio of extruder: 3:1
3) Min. length-diameter ratio: 20
4) Temperature of extruder: 65 - 85°C
5) Extruder with the length-diameter ratio above is adopted

Storage:
1) Shape of the material: Φ3 - 4mm natural and black or other required color
cylinder or square grain
2) Storage period: two years under normal temperature
3) The material should be stored at clean, dry and draughty warehouse
