II. Illustration

With Chlorinated Polyethylene (herein below called CPE) elastomer CM361M as basic material, blended with other additives, CPE compound has the properties of fire retardancy, oil-proof, wearing-proof, tearing-proof, good resistance to cold, weathering and excellent mechanical properties. Our DCH03A rubber-sheath Jacket follows GB7594.7-87 standard, our Heavy O&FR follows O FR BS6899 standard.

Rubber sheath made by DCH03A is the first ideal substitution of CR&CSM because of to its excellent properties, good extruded rubber surface, good flexibility, light weight of cable (lower density) and lower cost.

III. Application

1. Heavy cable sheath for mine coal purpose, especially for the heavy cable of mine coal and heavy moving cable, etc.

2. Soft cable sheath follows the standard of GB12972-91 for min purpose.

3. Soft cable sheath follows the standards of MT818-1999 for min coal. High fire-retardancy compounds (O.I≥40%) can be supplied because of bundle burned required.

4. Heavy flat cable sheath that has request of properties of fire retardancy, oil-proof, high strength.

V. Processing Condition

Continuous vulcanization production method is preferred

Reduction ratio of extruder: 1.1:1-1.5:1

Length-diameter ratio: 6:1-16:1(hot feed is suggested if lower than 10:1)

Temperature of extruder: 65-85°C

VI. Package & Storage

Generally, 25kgs in one carton box or depends on customers' requirements.

Shape of the material: Rectangle rubber sheet & depends on customers' request.

The material should be stoned at clean, dry, draughty warehouse.
