Detailed Product Description
Illustration
Based on EVA as its raw material, blended with other additives such as flame retardant agent, anti-smoke agent, anti-old agent, curing agent, etc, thoroughly blended by mixer, Single screw extrusion granulation. Compaired with the normal Halogen free compound , it has lower hardness.
Application
The compound can be used for soft outer cable jacket that has the requirement of halogen-free, low-smoke, flame retardant properties, such as underground cable, nuclear powder station cable and similar occasion-used cable. The cable can be long-time used under the temperature between -25~85oC.
Processing condition
It is recommended that compound should be processing with common rubber extruder, CV production line is preferably recommended.
Reduction Ratio:1:1.1~2.5.:1
I/D Ratio:≥20
Temperature:130-160oC
Squeeze or Semi- Squeeze extrusion is recommended.

The appearance shape of the product is the cylindrical particles, the color is black. We also provide other products with color according the customers demand.
Generally, 25kg in one carton box with PE inner liner. 40 carton box is one supply unit . Safety of Life at room temperature is one year. The compound should be stored at clean, dry, draughty warehouse.
