Based on EVA as its raw material, DCH41HF 125oC Halogen free low-smoke flame Retardant Cable Jacket Compound is blended with other additives such as flame retardant agent, anti-smoke agent, anti-old agent, curing agent, etc, thoroughly blended by mixer, which is specially designed for higher levels of heat-resistant Halogen free low-smoke flame Retardant Cable Jacket Compound.
Application
The compound can be used for outer cable jacket that has the requirement of halogen-free, low-smoke, flame retardant properties, such as motor out line cable, motor vehicle cable and similar occasion-used cable. The cable can be long-time used under the temperature between -40~125oC. The compound has good characteristics such as good flexibility, easy- beading, moving, convenient installation lay. We can provide different color according to the customers requirement.
Processing condition
It is recommended that compound should be processing with common rubber extruder, CV production line is preferably recommended.

I/D Ratio:6:1~16:1
Temperature:60-80oC
Curing Temperature:(inner temperature of curing pipe)170-190oC.

Generally, 25kg in one carton box with inner liner. Shape of the material is 400mm wide × 1mm thick continuous rubber sheet or depends on customers requirements. Every box is 25KG , and 20 carton box is one supply unit Safety of Life at room temperature is one year. The compound should be stored at clean, dry, draughty warehouse.
