With EVA as base material, added with flame retardant agent, smoke-resistant agent, aging-resistant agent, compatibilizer, coupling agent, etc, Our DCSH21HF Halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-retardant Cable Jacket Compound was totally blended and plasticized by Banbury mixer, pelletized by single screw extruder. It is specially designed for Halogen free, low-smoke, flame retardant cable & wire industry. It is widely used in some European countries like British, France and Germany. It has excellent properties like halogen-free, low-smoke, flame-resistance, heart-resistance, low-temperature-resistance, low-poison, environmental protection, easy processing, easy saving, etc.
.Application
It can be used as railway Jacket Cable, nuclear power station Jacket Cable, track & transportation Jacket Cable, or similar occasion Jacket Cable that have requirements of halogen free, low-smoke, flame-retardant. The cable can be used for long time under the temperature at -25-85oC.The appearance of the product is cylindrical granular form and black color, other light color can be also supplied according to customers requirements.
Processing condition
1. Ordinary rubber extruder is available;
2. Compression ratio: 1.1:1-2.5:1;
3. I/D Ratio:≥20
4. Temperature : 130~160oC;
5. Squeeze or Semi- Squeeze extrusion is recommended.
.Package & Storage
In 25KG carton box with PE inside. The material should be stored at clean, dry, draughty warehouse.
