With EPDM as base material, filled with reinforcing agent, filling agent, antioxidant,curing agent etc, totally blended by internal mixer, DCJ30M 90oC EPR Insulation Compound produced by our company is the product used for Cable insulating layer for coal-mine. It has excellent properties such as heat-resistance, ozone-resistance, electrical non-conductivity, it is easy to process and store.
Application
It is a kind of specially used insulating material for coal-mine cable under 6KV. It can be used for long time under the temperature at -40-90oC. The material is highly flexible, easily blending & moving. So the cable will be easily installed and laid. The color is white and it can be produced with the other colors according to the customersrequirements.
Processing Condition
1Ordinary rubber extruder is available, CV production line is recommended.
2Compression ratio : 1.1:1-1.5:1.
3LD ratio : 6:1-16:1
4Temperature : 60-80oC
5Recommended temperature inside curing pipe : 180-200oC
. Package & Storage
In 25kg carton box with PE inside or according to the customers requirements.
The material should be stored at clean, dry, shade and draughty place.
