With EPR as base material, added with reinforcing agent, softening agent, antionxidant, curing agent, etc, totally blended by internal mixer, DCJ30G-EPR high presure-resistant Insulation Compound made by our company is the product used for cable insulation layer. It has excellent properties like good mechanical property, heat-resistance,ozone-resistance, electrical non-conductivity. It is easy to process and store.

. Application

It is a kind of specially used insulating material for shipyard cable, X-ray direct current & high pressure cable, electrostatic dust collector cable, locomotive cable, moving high pressure cable, atom generator cable , etc. It can be used for long time under the temperature at -50-90^oC. The material is highly flexible, easily blending and moving. So the cable can be easily installed and laid. The color is white and it can be produced with other colors according to customers requirements.

Processing Condition

1.      Ordinary rubber extruder is available, CV production line is recommended;

2.      Compression ratio : 1.1:1-1.5:1;

3.      L/D ratio : above 15:1;

4.      Temperature : 70-80^oC;

5.      Recommended temperature inside curing pipe : 180-200^oC.

. Package & Storage

In 25 KG carton box with PE inside or according to the customers requirements. The material should be stored at clean, dry, shade and draughty place.
