Based on CPE as its raw material, blended with other additives. It has well excellent properties such as heat resistance, cold resistance, weathering resistance , flame retardant and good mechanical properties. Beisdes, it has excellent extrusion appearance and softness which is the Themoset rubbers ideal alternative.

This products which is with low density and forming tempreture, simple forming technology, can reduce costs in some content and save a large number of energy conservation.

II. Application

The compound can be used for Coal mine (it is ruled in MT818 that Elastomer can be used as sheathing) and GM rubber sheathing of the cable material.

Processing condition

It is recommended that compound should be processing with common rubber extruder, CV production line is preferably recommended.

Reduction Ratio:1:1.1~2.5.:1

I/D Ratio:20

Temperature:120-145

Squeeze or Semi- Squeeze extrusion is recommended.

. Package & Storage

Generally, 25kg in pp woven bag with PE inner liner or depands on customers needs. The color of product is black, nature or other , and its materail is 3-4mm cylindrical or square particles in any direction. The compound should be stored at clean, dry, draughty warehouse.
