With Chlorinated Polyethylene (here below called CPE),blended with other additives , DCSG21A Jacket has excellent properties of fire retardancy, wearing-proof, tearing-proof, cold-resistance,weathering-resistance and excellent mechanical properties. It is equivalent to ST₂  type thermoplastic Jacket according to IEC60092-359 standard,say flame retardant thermoplastic Jacket Compound and meets UL1581-2001 standard. With its excellent properties, excellent extruded rubber surface, good flexibility, lower density & lower cost, our DCSH21A is the best  ideal substitution of fire ratardanr & heat-resistance PVC products and its revelant products. 

.Application

    It is mainly used for the Jacket material of CATV cable,power limiting electric circuit cable,power limiting warning electric circuit cable,etc.It also has outstanding properties of weather-resistance,UV-ray-resiatance,rtc.So,it is can be also used for Jacket meterial of shipyard electrial cable and control cable under temperature at 85^oC.

Processing Condition

Continuous vulcanization production method is preferred

Reduction Ratio:1:1.5~12.5

I/D Ratio:≥20

Temperature of extruder:120-145^oC;

Squeeze or Semi- Squeeze extrusion is recommended.

.Package & Storage

Generally,25kgs in one carton box or depends on customers requirements.

Shape of the material: 3-5mm natural and black or other required colored cylinder or square grain..

The material should be stored at clean, dry, draughty warehouse.
