Based on CPE as its raw material, blended with other additives. It has well excellent properties such as oil resistance, cold resistance, weathering resistance , flame retardant and good mechanical properties. Foreign Equivalent Grade is XH-01A of GB7594-87, and SE₄ of GB5013.4-1997, generally non-extended burned under the temperature at 65°C. It is the ideal substitution of CR or CSM compounds due to its excellent properties, good extruded rubber surface and lower price..This curing system can use tank curing method, especially for the customers who is no CV curing line and short producing line.

Application

The compound can be used for shipyard cable, outer middle type cable, elevator cable and other outer cable sheath that has similar requirements .

Processing condition

It is recommended that compound should be processing with common rubber extruder.

Reduction Ratio:1:1.1~1.5.:1

Curing Condition: 4-6 atm, 30-40 min

Length-diameter ratio: 6:1-16:1(hot feed is suggested if lower than 10:1)

Temperature:70-90

. Package & Storage

Generally, The materail is square rubber sheet or depands on customers needs. The compound should be stored at clean, dry, draughty warehouse.
