Detailed Product Description
Illustration
Based on CPE as its raw material, blended with other additives. It has well excellent properties such as oil resistance, cold resistance, weathering resistance , flame retardant and good mechanical properties. It is the ideal substitution of CR or CSM compounds. Foreign Equivalent Grade is XH-03A of GB7594-87. It has nice fire-retardant , the cable used it made can pass the single vertical burned test.
Application
The compound can be used for mine lighting cable and the cable wich is high demand on fire-retardant.
Processing condition
It is recommended that compound should be processing with common rubber extruder CV producing line.
Reduction Ratio:1:1.1~1.5.:1
Curing pipe Temperature : 165-185oC
Length-diameter ratio: 6:1-16:1(hot feed is suggested if lower than 10:1)
Extrude Temperature:65-85oC
. Package & Storage
Generally, The materail is square rubber sheet that 400mm width×1mm thick or depands on customers needs. The compound should be stored at clean, dry, draughty warehouse.
