Based on CPE as its raw material, blended with other additives. It has well excellent properties such as oil resistance, cold resistance, weathering resistance , flame retardant and good mechanical properties. It is the ideal substitution of CR or CSM compounds. Foreign Equivalent Grade is XH-03A of GB7594-87. It has nice flexibility and anti-tearing property .

Application

The compound can be used for moving rubber cable in North winer under the clod weather environment such as wind and electricity power cable, outside mine cable .

Processing condition

It is recommended that compound should be processing with common rubber extruder CV producing line.

Reduction Ratio:1:1.1~1.5.:1

Curing pipe Temperature : 165-185^oC

Length-diameter ratio: 6:1-16:1(hot feed is suggested if lower than 10:1)

Extrude Temperature:65-85^oC

. Package & Storage

Generally, The materail is square rubber sheet that 400mm width×1mm thick or depands on customers needs. The compound should be stored at clean, dry, draughty warehouse.
